THIS IS THE JOHNNY ANGEL SHOW - YOUR SURPRISE STATION.

This station will feature the great songs from the last 150 years. Some of the songs will be very familiar, but some others might have been lurking in top 100 lists, unplayed and forgotten until now. My station will play favorites, mostly love songs, in the genres of pop, rock, jazz, easy listening, country, and rock and roll oldies. You will also hear instrumental interludes from all genres from classical to soundtrack to dance. Since my station will offer a gamut of musical styles and will include songs from the early twentieth century to todays hits, it will be impossible for you to predict from what era the next song will be chosen. If you love music of all kinds, you will enjoy this station. My music is specially and carefully handpicked and requires that irrepressible "hook" that draws you into a song and makes it memorable. There will be very few repeat songs, and my basic playlist will be refreshed every day with 20 new songs as I withdraw 20 older ones so you can listen all day every day.

I was born in the mid-forties, and one of my most favorite songs of the early fifties was "Johnny Angel."
